With a skip, you get a big metal box and do the loading yourself. With us, we do the loading and it’s gone the same day.

Roughly how common skip sizes line up with our van loads. The difference is that we do the loading, and you only pay for the space you use.

When a skip is the better option
If waste is building up over several weeks of a project, or you’re digging out tonnes of soil and hardcore, a skip or a grab lorry can work out cheaper. We’ll tell you if we think that’s the case.
For most other jobs, like clear-outs, furniture, garden waste, sheds and the leftovers from a new kitchen or bathroom, one collection is quicker and tidier. Want to fill something at your own pace? Our skip bags work like a mini skip, without the road licence.

Is it cheaper than a skip?

Do I need a permit or skip licence?
No. We don’t leave anything on the road or your drive, so there’s nothing to arrange.
Can you take rubble and soil?
Yes. Heavy materials are priced by weight. For very large amounts from groundworks, a big skip or grab lorry may work out better, and we’ll tell you if so.
How quickly can you collect?
Same-day or next-day collection is often available, especially in County Antrim. There’s no waiting for a skip to be delivered or collected.
Do you give a waste transfer note?
Yes. We’re a registered waste carrier and provide a waste transfer note for the waste we remove, so you know it has been handled properly.
