What we take from building jobs

Everything left over from the project, loaded up and taken away.

Old kitchens & bathrooms

Ripped-out units, worktops, baths, toilets and sinks.

Timber & plasterboard

Offcuts, old floorboards, stud walls and plasterboard, nails and all.

Rubble & hardcore

Bricks, blocks, concrete and broken tiles. Heavy stuff is priced by weight, so show us roughly how much.

No skip, no permit

No skip hire, no road permit and no neighbours adding to it. We load straight into the van and go.

Our prices

We charge by how much of the van your stuff fills. That covers collecting it, loading it and tipping it.

£50

One armchair, mattress or appliance, or around 8 bags.

¼ van

£75

A two-seater sofa or a couple of bulky items, or around 15 bags.

A bedroom’s worth of furniture, or around 30 bags. About a midi skip.

A couple of rooms of furniture, or around 50 bags.

Full van

Around 60 to 70 bags, or a few rooms of furniture. About a 6-yard builder’s skip.

These are guide prices. Bigger clearances take more than one load. We confirm a fixed price from your photos before you book. Rubble and soil are heavy, so they’re priced by weight.

Why not just get a skip?

A skip sits on your drive for days and you do all the loading. We turn up, load it ourselves and leave. Send a wide photo of the pile and a closer one of the different materials, and you’ll get a fixed price.

Questions about renovation & DIY waste removal

What people usually ask us about renovation waste.

Ask us about your job
Is it cheaper than a skip?

It can be, and there’s no loading for you to do. You only pay for what we take away, so send photos and compare.

Can you take a small amount?

Yes. A few bags of rubble or one old bathroom suite is fine. Send a photo and we’ll price it.

What if there’s more by collection day?

Send us an updated photo before we arrive and we’ll adjust the price, so you know where you stand before we start.

Do you give a waste transfer note?

Yes. We’re a registered waste carrier and provide a waste transfer note for the waste we remove, so you know it has been handled properly.

How do I book?

Fill in our quote form with a few photos, your postcode and any access details. We’ll confirm the price and arrange a collection day with you.

Got something that needs to go?

Send us a few photos and your postcode and we’ll get a price back to you, usually the same day. There’s no obligation.
