These are guide prices. Bigger clearances take more than one load. We confirm a fixed price from your photos before you book. Rubble and soil are heavy, so they’re priced by weight.

Keeping what matters

Put aside paperwork, photos, valuables and anything else you want to keep, and we’ll clear around it. Stairs, narrow hallways and top-floor flats are all fine. We do the carrying.

Clearing a rental or someone else’s home? Just make sure you have permission to get rid of the contents.

Questions about house clearance

What people usually ask us about house clearances.

Ask us about your job
Can you clear just part of a house?

Yes. One room, the loft, the garage, whatever you need. We clear what you point at and leave everything else.

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Yes. We clear properties between tenancies and work to your handover date. If you have properties turning over regularly, get in touch and we’ll sort something out.

How much does a house clearance cost?

It depends on how much there is and how easy it is to get out. Send photos of each room with your postcode and you’ll get a fixed price. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Do you give a waste transfer note?

Yes. We’re a registered waste carrier and provide a waste transfer note for the waste we remove, so you know it has been handled properly.

How do I book?

Fill in our quote form with a few photos, your postcode and any access details. We’ll confirm the price and arrange a collection day with you.

Got something that needs to go?

Send us a few photos and your postcode and we’ll get a price back to you, usually the same day. There’s no obligation.
